The Lilydale Quarry project – now branded as Kinley Estate – is a joint venture between Intrapac Property and Bayport and calls upon a collaborative approach and the vast experience and skills of Chadwick Geotechnics and our partner company Tonkin + Taylor.
The core of the massive 163ha Kinley site is the former Cave Hill Quarry pit – originally 120 – 135m deep, the quarry will have a ground surface area of 23 hectares once filled – and is being transformed into a masterplanned community.
Since filling commenced in 2017, our combined engineering and field teams have been engaged by our partners to provide a variety of specialist services, including: design, geotechnical support, environmental management, groundwater management, drilling services, instrumentation support, earthworks supervision and pavement design to name just a few.
